Before you believe a bad review about us

We would like to respond openly to every negative review about us. Many are posted anonymously, so we cannot reach those customers directly. This open letter is our reply, and we would be grateful if you took a moment to read it.

But here is what a one-star review will never tell you:

  • We import from 70+ official distributors. That is why you pay far less than local retail — and why delivery takes longer. We publish the date before you pay, never after.
  • You can pay only when your goods land in Johannesburg. Pay on Arrival, no full payment up front. Ask yourself what scammer offers that.
  • Nobody has ever lost money with us. You get the product, or you get a refund. There is no third option, and there never has been.
  • We are part of the ITwork group — ten years trading in Europe, nine stores, thousands of positive reviews.
  • Johannesburg and Cape Town stores open this year — real shelves, real stock, walk in and buy the same day.

We are not satisfied with our review scores, and we are not going to fix them by hiding anything. We are fixing them by being faster, clearer and easier to reach than any reason to complain.

Read the full letter — photos and video of real shipments, and a straight answer to every accusation.

When a laptop screen cracks or dims, a reliable replacement panel gets the machine back to work. The 2-POWER 2P-00NY689 is a 17.3-inch Full HD display built for universal compatibility with laptops that use a standard 30-pin eDP connection. It suits repair technicians, IT departments, and do-it-yourself upgraders who need a dependable screen without hunting for an exact original part number.

Key specifications

  • Screen size: 17.3 inches (43.9 cm diagonal)
  • Resolution: 1920 x 1080 pixels (Full HD)
  • Aspect ratio: 16:9 widescreen
  • Backlight: LED
  • Connector: 30-pin eDP (Embedded DisplayPort)
  • Refresh rate: 60 Hz (typical)
  • Surface finish: Matte (anti-glare)
  • Condition: New

Why choose it

Matte coating reduces reflections, making the display easier to read under office lights or near windows. The 30-pin eDP interface is a common standard, so this panel fits a wide range of laptops from major brands. Full HD resolution keeps text sharp and images clear for everyday tasks, streaming, and light creative work.

Ideal use cases

  • Replacing a damaged or faulty 17.3-inch laptop screen
  • Upgrading an older laptop from HD to Full HD
  • Stocking a repair shop with a versatile panel for multiple models
  • DIY projects that require a standard eDP display

Good to know

Before ordering, confirm that your laptop uses a 30-pin eDP connector and supports a 17.3-inch panel. The display ships new and is tested for consistent brightness and color. Installation requires basic tools and care with the ribbon cable; professional installation is recommended if you are unfamiliar with laptop disassembly.
