Before you believe a bad review about us

We would like to respond openly to every negative review about us. Many are posted anonymously, so we cannot reach those customers directly. This open letter is our reply, and we would be grateful if you took a moment to read it.

But here is what a one-star review will never tell you:

  • We import from 70+ official distributors. That is why you pay far less than local retail — and why delivery takes longer. We publish the date before you pay, never after.
  • You can pay only when your goods land in Johannesburg. Pay on Arrival, no full payment up front. Ask yourself what scammer offers that.
  • Nobody has ever lost money with us. You get the product, or you get a refund. There is no third option, and there never has been.
  • We are part of the ITwork group — ten years trading in Europe, nine stores, thousands of positive reviews.
  • Johannesburg and Cape Town stores open this year — real shelves, real stock, walk in and buy the same day.

We are not satisfied with our review scores, and we are not going to fix them by hiding anything. We are fixing them by being faster, clearer and easier to reach than any reason to complain.

Read the full letter — photos and video of real shipments, and a straight answer to every accusation.

Problem with an order right now? Write to [email protected], [email protected] or [email protected] — answered the same business day. The letter also lists our group and store owners' contacts.

When your Acer Aspire Nitro's screen goes dark or develops cracks, this 2-POWER 17.3-inch WUXGA panel brings it back to life. Technicians and DIY upgraders choose it for a reliable, high-clarity replacement that matches the original's wide viewing angles and crisp 16:10 workspace.

Key specifications

  • Screen size: 17.3 inches (43.9 cm)
  • Resolution: WUXGA 1920 x 1200
  • Aspect ratio: 16:10
  • Panel type: IPS
  • Backlight: LED
  • Surface: Matte (anti-glare)
  • Refresh rate: 60 Hz
  • Connector: eDP
  • Touchscreen: No
  • Compatibility: Acer Aspire Nitro series

Why choose it

The IPS panel delivers accurate colours and wide viewing angles, essential for photo editing, design work, or simply sharing your screen. The matte finish reduces reflections, making it comfortable to use in bright offices or near windows. With a 16:10 ratio, you get extra vertical space compared to standard 16:9 panels, reducing scrolling in documents and web pages.

Ideal use cases

  • Replacing a damaged or faulty display on an Acer Aspire Nitro laptop
  • Upgrading from a lower-resolution or TN panel for better image quality
  • Professional environments where colour accuracy and anti-glare are important
  • DIY repair projects for cost-effective laptop restoration

Good to know

This panel is a direct replacement for the original part, ensuring a straightforward installation with no driver or software changes required. It is built to the same specifications as the factory screen, so you can expect identical performance and longevity. Always verify your laptop's exact model and screen connector before ordering to ensure compatibility.
