Before you believe a bad review about us

We would like to respond openly to every negative review about us. Many are posted anonymously, so we cannot reach those customers directly. This open letter is our reply, and we would be grateful if you took a moment to read it.

But here is what a one-star review will never tell you:

  • We import from 70+ official distributors. That is why you pay far less than local retail — and why delivery takes longer. We publish the date before you pay, never after.
  • You can pay only when your goods land in Johannesburg. Pay on Arrival, no full payment up front. Ask yourself what scammer offers that.
  • Nobody has ever lost money with us. You get the product, or you get a refund. There is no third option, and there never has been.
  • We are part of the ITwork group — ten years trading in Europe, nine stores, thousands of positive reviews.
  • Johannesburg and Cape Town stores open this year — real shelves, real stock, walk in and buy the same day.

We are not satisfied with our review scores, and we are not going to fix them by hiding anything. We are fixing them by being faster, clearer and easier to reach than any reason to complain.

Read the full letter — photos and video of real shipments, and a straight answer to every accusation.

When a laptop screen cracks or dims, technicians and IT departments need a reliable replacement that restores clarity without breaking the bank. The 2-POWER 15.6" HD LED Matte display fits that role, offering a crisp 1366x768 resolution on a matte surface that reduces glare in offices, workshops, or on the go. This panel uses a 40-pin LVDS connector and TN technology, making it a straightforward swap for many 15.6-inch laptops originally equipped with HD LED screens.

Why choose it

This screen delivers a bright, clear image with a matte coating that minimizes reflections, making it easier to work near windows or under bright lighting. The TN panel keeps costs down while providing acceptable performance for everyday tasks like documents, spreadsheets, and web browsing. Its standard 40-pin LVDS connector and common 15.6-inch size ensure compatibility with a wide range of laptops, simplifying inventory for repair shops and IT support teams.

Ideal use cases

  • Replacing a damaged or faulty laptop display in business notebooks
  • Upgrading older laptops with a new, bright LED screen
  • Stocking as a spare part for IT service providers and repair centers
  • DIY repairs for students and home users on a budget

Good to know

Before ordering, verify that your laptop uses a 15.6-inch HD (1366x768) panel with a 40-pin LVDS connector and a matte finish. The screen is new and comes without mounting brackets or cables; reuse the existing hardware from the original display. Installation requires careful handling of the LCD and its connectors—consider professional installation if you are not experienced with laptop disassembly.
