Wall-mounted extractor hood AKPO WK-4 Rustica 60 cm, ducted/recirculating, max 415 m³/h, 102 W motor, wood finish

The AKPO WK-4 Rustica wall-mounted extractor hood is a 60 cm kitchen hood suitable for both ducted and recirculating installation. It has a steel and wood-colour housing with a raw wood finish that can be painted, two integrated 2 W bulbs for task lighting, and a top exhaust outlet. The hood is height-adjustable between 78 and 106 cm and includes a motor with a connected load of 106 W and motor power rated at 102 W, providing a maximum extraction capacity of 415 m³/h. Grease is captured by an aluminium/carbon filter. Noise levels range from approximately 59 dB on low speed to 67 dB on high speed. Disconnect the unit from the power supply before cleaning.

Advantages

The AKPO WK-4 Rustica combines a compact 60 cm width with a high-capacity motor capable of up to 415 m³/h extraction, making it suitable for typical household kitchens. The wood-colour finish with raw wood surface allows for custom painting to match kitchen decor. Included aluminium/carbon grease filters support both ducted and recirculating modes, and built-in lighting improves visibility over the cooking area. The top exhaust location and height adjustability simplify installation and adaptation to different kitchen layouts.

Suitable for

• Standard home kitchens requiring a 60 cm wall-mounted hood
• Installations where either ducted or recirculating extraction is needed
• Kitchens where a paintable wood finish is desired to match cabinetry or decor

How to use

Mount the hood to a suitable wall support following the installation dimensions and ensure the height is set between 78 and 106 cm to align with the cooktop. Choose ducted or recirculating configuration according to your kitchen ventilation setup and install the aluminium/carbon grease filter accordingly. Connect the hood to the electrical supply in accordance with local regulations and the manufacturer’s instructions. Use the control panel to select fan speeds; higher speeds increase extraction and noise. Replace or clean grease filters as required to maintain performance.

Recommendations

Always disconnect the unit from the power supply before cleaning. Clean grease filters regularly and, if using recirculating mode, replace the carbon component per the manufacturer’s schedule to maintain air quality and extraction efficiency.
