The VisibleDust DUALPOWER-X is a compact equipment cleansing kit for digital camera sensors and delicate optical surfaces. The kit combines two complementary liquid cleaners and size-specific green Vswabs® to address a wide range of contaminants while remaining compatible with modern hydrophobic sensor coatings.

How to use

Visually inspect the sensor area and choose one cleaning liquid to start. Apply the chosen liquid to a new swab (do not mix liquids on the same swab) and swab gently in a single, consistent direction across the sensor surface. If the stain is removed, stop. If the stain persists, discard the used swab, select the other liquid with a new swab and repeat the cleaning using the same directional motion. For water-based cleaner, avoid over-saturating the swab to reduce streaking; for alcohol-based cleaner allow brief evaporation time if needed.

Recommendations

Start with either cleaner; if no improvement, switch to the other cleaner with a fresh swab. Use the green MXD-100 Vswab® for best maneuverability and gentle contact on coated sensors. Always swab in the same direction and use separate swabs for each liquid to avoid contamination.
