Tube bending tool Gedore 2963515 for pipes up to 22mm

The Gedore tube bending tool 2963515 is designed for bending small-diameter tubes and pipes up to 22 mm. It performs controlled bends up to 180° and includes ten aluminium bending formers that fit a range of pipe diameters. The tool can be clamped in a vice for handheld use and, from a specified size, is compatible with a tripod for stationary operation. A pipe cutter accessory is provided and the complete set is supplied in a Gedore L-BOXX® case.

How to use

Select the aluminium bending former that matches the pipe outer diameter, secure the tool in a vice if performing handheld bending or mount it on a compatible tripod for stationary bending where applicable. Insert the pipe into the selected former and perform the bend slowly to the required angle, up to 180°, ensuring even pressure to avoid kinks. Use the included pipe cutter to prepare pipe ends to the correct length and to obtain clean, square cuts before bending.

Recommendations

Use the formers that closely match the pipe diameter and follow the wall thickness limits specified by the manufacturer. For pipes larger than 10 mm consider mounting the tool on a tripod for improved stability. Inspect pipes for damage and remove burrs after cutting to ensure precise, clean bends.
