Before you believe a bad review about us

We would like to respond openly to every negative review about us. Many are posted anonymously, so we cannot reach those customers directly. This open letter is our reply, and we would be grateful if you took a moment to read it.

But here is what a one-star review will never tell you:

  • We import from 70+ official distributors. That is why you pay far less than local retail — and why delivery takes longer. We publish the date before you pay, never after.
  • You can pay only when your goods land in Johannesburg. Pay on Arrival, no full payment up front. Ask yourself what scammer offers that.
  • Nobody has ever lost money with us. You get the product, or you get a refund. There is no third option, and there never has been.
  • We are part of the ITwork group — ten years trading in Europe, nine stores, thousands of positive reviews.
  • Johannesburg and Cape Town stores open this year — real shelves, real stock, walk in and buy the same day.

We are not satisfied with our review scores, and we are not going to fix them by hiding anything. We are fixing them by being faster, clearer and easier to reach than any reason to complain.

Read the full letter — photos and video of real shipments, and a straight answer to every accusation.

Problem with an order right now? Write to [email protected], [email protected] or [email protected] — answered the same business day. The letter also lists our group and store owners' contacts.

The TCL P8K 75" 4K QLED HDR Smart TV features a 190.5 cm (75") QLED Direct-LED display with 4K Ultra HD resolution (3840 x 2160). It combines an AiPQ processor, HDR multi-format support and a Picture Performance Index (PPI) of 3700 to deliver detailed images and smooth motion with a 6.5 ms response time. The TV runs Google TV, includes built-in Chromecast, Miracast and Google Cast support, and offers wired and wireless connectivity such as Ethernet LAN, Wi‑Fi and Bluetooth. It supports DVB-C, DVB-S2 and DVB-T2 broadcast standards and has a metallic finish.

Advantages

QLED panel and Direct-LED backlighting provide vivid colors and uniform illumination across the 75" screen. The AiPQ processor with HDR multi-format decoding improves contrast and tone mapping for better HDR playback. Built-in Google TV and Chromecast make streaming and app access straightforward, while multiple connectivity options (Wi‑Fi, Ethernet, Bluetooth, Miracast) allow flexible device connections. Game-oriented features such as GAME MASTER and a 288Hz Game Accelerator reduce input lag and enhance motion handling for gaming.

Suitable for

  • Watching 4K movies and HDR content
  • Smart TV streaming and app usage via Google TV
  • Console and PC gaming with enhanced motion handling
  • Living rooms and home theaters requiring a large 75" display
  • Use with external speakers or mounting via VESA 400 x 400 mm
