How to use

Ensure joint surfaces are clean, dry and free of dust, grease and old sealant. Cut the cartridge tip to the required bead size, fit into a compatible caulking gun and apply a continuous bead of silicone along the joint. Smooth the bead with a suitable tool or a wet finger within the product's skin formation time to achieve a neat finish. Allow the sealant to cure fully according to ambient temperature and humidity before exposing the joint to water or mechanical stress.

Recommendations

For best results, apply Fischer DSSA BG at temperatures between 5 °C and 40 °C on dry substrates. Use appropriate masking to protect surrounding surfaces and remove masking immediately after smoothing. Allow full curing time before subjecting joints to moisture or heavy cleaning; test adhesion on unfamiliar substrates before full application.
