Before you believe a bad review about us

We would like to respond openly to every negative review about us. Many are posted anonymously, so we cannot reach those customers directly. This open letter is our reply, and we would be grateful if you took a moment to read it.

But here is what a one-star review will never tell you:

  • We import from 70+ official distributors. That is why you pay far less than local retail — and why delivery takes longer. We publish the date before you pay, never after.
  • You can pay only when your goods land in Johannesburg. Pay on Arrival, no full payment up front. Ask yourself what scammer offers that.
  • Nobody has ever lost money with us. You get the product, or you get a refund. There is no third option, and there never has been.
  • We are part of the ITwork group — ten years trading in Europe, nine stores, thousands of positive reviews.
  • Johannesburg and Cape Town stores open this year — real shelves, real stock, walk in and buy the same day.

We are not satisfied with our review scores, and we are not going to fix them by hiding anything. We are fixing them by being faster, clearer and easier to reach than any reason to complain.

Read the full letter — photos and video of real shipments, and a straight answer to every accusation.

The Samsung GQ77S85FAE 77" 4K Ultra HD OLED 3840 x 2160 is a large-screen Smart TV that combines OLED display technology with a native 3840 x 2160 resolution to deliver high contrast, deep blacks and detailed imagery. Equipped with Tizen operating system, the set provides access to streaming apps and network features. Connectivity includes Wi‑Fi and Ethernet LAN, and the TV supports common digital broadcast standards such as DVB‑S2, DVB‑C and DVB‑T2. Motion Xcelerator technology improves motion clarity for fast-moving scenes while the black cabinet and slim bezel suit modern interiors.

Advantages

The OLED panel ensures precise local contrast and wide viewing angles, resulting in more natural colors and improved shadow detail compared with conventional LCD screens. Motion Xcelerator smooths fast action sequences to reduce blur. Built-in smart platform capabilities through Tizen provide app streaming and network services, and both Wi‑Fi and Ethernet LAN enable flexible connection options. The combination of a 77" diagonal and 4K resolution is intended to deliver immersive picture scale suitable for large rooms.

How to use

Place the TV on a stable stand or wall-mount it following the manufacturer’s mechanical and safety instructions. Connect an external antenna or cable/satellite feed to use DVB reception, or set up network access through Wi‑Fi or Ethernet to access streaming apps on Tizen. Use the on-screen setup wizard to configure picture mode, network settings and channel tuning. For optimal image quality, select an OLED‑appropriate picture mode and enable Motion Xcelerator when viewing fast action.

Recommendations

To extend panel life and maintain consistent image performance, avoid prolonged static content at maximum brightness. Use adaptive brightness features where available and adjust energy-saving settings according to room lighting. For best HDR experience, use high-quality 4K HDR sources and HDMI connections rated for the required bandwidth.
