Before you believe a bad review about us

We would like to respond openly to every negative review about us. Many are posted anonymously, so we cannot reach those customers directly. This open letter is our reply, and we would be grateful if you took a moment to read it.

But here is what a one-star review will never tell you:

  • We import from 70+ official distributors. That is why you pay far less than local retail — and why delivery takes longer. We publish the date before you pay, never after.
  • You can pay only when your goods land in Johannesburg. Pay on Arrival, no full payment up front. Ask yourself what scammer offers that.
  • Nobody has ever lost money with us. You get the product, or you get a refund. There is no third option, and there never has been.
  • We are part of the ITwork group — ten years trading in Europe, nine stores, thousands of positive reviews.
  • Johannesburg and Cape Town stores open this year — real shelves, real stock, walk in and buy the same day.

We are not satisfied with our review scores, and we are not going to fix them by hiding anything. We are fixing them by being faster, clearer and easier to reach than any reason to complain.

Read the full letter — photos and video of real shipments, and a straight answer to every accusation.

The Samsung GQ65S95DAT 65" 4K Ultra HD OLED 3840 x 2160 is a 65-inch Smart TV that combines OLED panel technology with a native 3840 x 2160 resolution to deliver high-contrast images and accurate colours. Running on the Tizen operating system, the TV supports common digital broadcast formats including DVB-C, DVB-S2 and DVB-T2 and offers both Wi‑Fi and Ethernet LAN connectivity. Motion Xcelerator technology assists in rendering fast-moving scenes more smoothly, while the slim black enclosure suits modern living spaces.

Advantages

OLED display technology provides deep blacks and a wide viewing angle, improving perceived contrast and detail in dark scenes. The 4K Ultra HD resolution renders fine detail at native 3840 x 2160 pixels for compatible content. Tizen OS gives access to smart TV apps and streaming services, and built‑in network connectivity via Wi‑Fi and Ethernet enables online features and firmware updates. Energy consumption figures are specified for SDR and HDR usage, allowing consideration of operating costs.

How to use

Place the TV on a stable stand or mount it according to the manufacturer’s wall‑mount instructions for a 65" display. Connect broadcast sources (cable, satellite or terrestrial) to the appropriate tuner inputs and follow the on-screen setup to scan for channels. Use the Tizen interface to sign in to streaming services and install apps; connect the TV to your home network via Wi‑Fi or Ethernet for access. When playing 4K content, ensure the source device and HDMI cable support the required bandwidth and HDR if applicable. Adjust picture mode and basic picture settings through the TV menu to suit room lighting and viewing distance.

Recommendations

For optimal picture quality, position the TV to minimise direct reflections on the screen and allow sufficient viewing distance for a 65" 4K display. Use original or high‑quality HDMI cables and update the TV firmware when prompted to maintain compatibility and performance. Consider picture mode presets and manual calibration to match viewing preferences and content type.
