Before you believe a bad review about us

We would like to respond openly to every negative review about us. Many are posted anonymously, so we cannot reach those customers directly. This open letter is our reply, and we would be grateful if you took a moment to read it.

But here is what a one-star review will never tell you:

  • We import from 70+ official distributors. That is why you pay far less than local retail — and why delivery takes longer. We publish the date before you pay, never after.
  • You can pay only when your goods land in Johannesburg. Pay on Arrival, no full payment up front. Ask yourself what scammer offers that.
  • Nobody has ever lost money with us. You get the product, or you get a refund. There is no third option, and there never has been.
  • We are part of the ITwork group — ten years trading in Europe, nine stores, thousands of positive reviews.
  • Johannesburg and Cape Town stores open this year — real shelves, real stock, walk in and buy the same day.

We are not satisfied with our review scores, and we are not going to fix them by hiding anything. We are fixing them by being faster, clearer and easier to reach than any reason to complain.

Read the full letter — photos and video of real shipments, and a straight answer to every accusation.

The Samsung GQ55QN70FAU 55" 4K Ultra HD Neo QLED 3840 x 2160 is a smart television designed for clear, high-resolution viewing in living rooms and home entertainment setups. This 55-inch screen uses Neo QLED display technology and delivers 4K Ultra HD resolution (3840 x 2160) for detailed images. It runs the Tizen operating system and supports common broadcast standards including DVB-C, DVB-S2 and DVB-T2. Built-in Wi-Fi and Ethernet LAN enable streaming and networked services, while Motion Xcelerator technology improves motion clarity for fast-moving scenes.

Advantages

The Neo QLED panel provides improved local dimming and color reproduction compared with traditional LED screens, producing deeper contrast and more accurate colors on a 4K Ultra HD canvas. Motion Xcelerator reduces blur in sports and action content. The Tizen operating system offers access to streaming apps and smart features, and multiple connectivity options including Wi‑Fi and Ethernet LAN make content delivery flexible. Energy consumption ratings (SDR: E, HDR: G) and measured per‑1000‑hour values (SDR: 63 kWh, HDR: 181 kWh) are provided for planning energy usage. The TV’s black finish is suitable for most interior setups.

How to use

Place the TV on a stable surface or wall mount suitable for a 55" display following the manufacturer’s mounting instructions. Connect the TV to power and use the setup wizard on Tizen to configure language, network (Wi‑Fi or Ethernet LAN) and tuning for DVB‑C, DVB‑S2 or DVB‑T2 signals. Install and sign in to streaming apps as needed. Use the remote control or compatible mobile app to navigate menus, adjust picture and sound settings, and enable Motion Xcelerator when viewing fast-paced content. For best image quality, select a 4K source and ensure HDMI cables and external devices support the desired resolution and refresh rate.

Recommendations

For balanced picture quality and energy use, start with the factory picture mode and fine-tune brightness and backlight according to room lighting. Enable Motion Xcelerator for sports and action titles and disable or reduce it for cinema content if you prefer natural motion. Keep the TV firmware updated via Tizen system updates to ensure compatibility and security of apps and network features.
