RUBI 50996 is a 6-piece DRYGRES drill bit set that includes diamond bits in diameters 6, 8, 20, 35, 50 and 68 mm. How to use

Mark the drilling point and position the MULTIDRILL guide to keep the bit steady. Fit the required DRYGRES diamond bit to the tool (use the M14 thread directly on an angle grinder or fit the 05976 adaptor for a non-percussive drill). Start at low speed to create an initial groove, then operate at the recommended rotation up to 14,000 rpm while applying light orbital movement without percussion. For larger diameters, periodically clear debris from the lateral opening and ensure the bit is clean before continuing.

Recommendations

To maximise bit life and achieve a clean finish, respect the correct rotation speed, avoid hammer action, use only slight orbital movement while drilling, and keep the bit free of obstructions. Actual bit life varies with material type, thickness and drilling technique.
