Before you believe a bad review about us

We would like to respond openly to every negative review about us. Many are posted anonymously, so we cannot reach those customers directly. This open letter is our reply, and we would be grateful if you took a moment to read it.

But here is what a one-star review will never tell you:

  • We import from 70+ official distributors. That is why you pay far less than local retail — and why delivery takes longer. We publish the date before you pay, never after.
  • You can pay only when your goods land in Johannesburg. Pay on Arrival, no full payment up front. Ask yourself what scammer offers that.
  • Nobody has ever lost money with us. You get the product, or you get a refund. There is no third option, and there never has been.
  • We are part of the ITwork group — ten years trading in Europe, nine stores, thousands of positive reviews.
  • Johannesburg and Cape Town stores open this year — real shelves, real stock, walk in and buy the same day.

We are not satisfied with our review scores, and we are not going to fix them by hiding anything. We are fixing them by being faster, clearer and easier to reach than any reason to complain.

Read the full letter — photos and video of real shipments, and a straight answer to every accusation.

Problem with an order right now? Write to [email protected], [email protected] or [email protected] — answered the same business day. The letter also lists our group and store owners' contacts.
Know our brand? Leave an honest review, send us a screenshot, and pick a free gift — shipped free of charge within 1–2 business days.
Pay the courier with no extra fees.

Vivid moments. Sharper scenes.
Zoom in. Lose yourself in the detail. This is precision that goes beyond the imaginable. With a Pixel Precise Ultra HD screen for sharpness and lifelike detail, it fills each moment with breathtaking experiences.

Surround yourself in Dolby Atmos and DTS:X
With Dolby Atmos for sound just as the director intended and DTS:X to create 3D sound experiences, it's as if you're really there. Adding this extra dimension to sound brings a more immersive experience to your home.

Titan OS. Find it easily.
The Philips Smart TV Titan OS platform brings what you love to watch, and fast. From sequels to series and documentaries to drama, everything you want is there at the touch of a button. Whatever you're looking to watch, keep all the best streaming apps easily within your reach.

Connect seamlessly to smart home networks
Matter Smart Home compatibility means you can control your TV via the Matter Smart Home app or voice control your TV via Alexa-enabled devices or via your Google smart speakers. This way, your voice can find films, shows, receive recommendations and so much more. The TV is compatible with Alexa-enabled devices and Apple AirPlay too.

Every size to fit your needs
Go big. Go small. Go for a television that blends in perfectly with your needs. From small-screen 43" right up to a gargantuan 75" TV, size up the incredible 7000 Series for the smarter choice in TV.

Colour and contrast unleashed with HDR10+
Expect more detail. Frame by frame improved picture quality. With greater emphasis on colour and contrast, this is where even the darkest moments and the brightest scenes are made clearer.

Add clarity to each word with Vocal Boost
Hear each word clearly. Vocal Boost enables the listener to turn the dialogue volume up or down without any effect on the background sound. You won't miss a single moment now that each spoken sentence comes across with greater clarity.

Game ready connectivity
HDMI 2.1 and VRR help you get the best from your console with faster gameplay and smoother graphics. With its low-input-lag setting that cuts in automatically when you turn on your console, you're all set for the next level in gaming.

European design, sustainable thinking
With carefully considered design comes an almost frameless screen, an edge stand and a remote made from recycled plastic. Quick, easy-to-find content thanks to Titan OS. Each tiny detail is carefully considered, right down to the recycled FSC-certified packaging and guide that comes with it.
