Before you believe a bad review about us

We would like to respond openly to every negative review about us. Many are posted anonymously, so we cannot reach those customers directly. This open letter is our reply, and we would be grateful if you took a moment to read it.

But here is what a one-star review will never tell you:

  • We import from 70+ official distributors. That is why you pay far less than local retail — and why delivery takes longer. We publish the date before you pay, never after.
  • You can pay only when your goods land in Johannesburg. Pay on Arrival, no full payment up front. Ask yourself what scammer offers that.
  • Nobody has ever lost money with us. You get the product, or you get a refund. There is no third option, and there never has been.
  • We are part of the ITwork group — ten years trading in Europe, nine stores, thousands of positive reviews.
  • Johannesburg and Cape Town stores open this year — real shelves, real stock, walk in and buy the same day.

We are not satisfied with our review scores, and we are not going to fix them by hiding anything. We are fixing them by being faster, clearer and easier to reach than any reason to complain.

Read the full letter — photos and video of real shipments, and a straight answer to every accusation.

Problem with an order right now? Write to [email protected], [email protected] or [email protected] — answered the same business day. The letter also lists our group and store owners' contacts.
Know our brand? Leave an honest review, send us a screenshot, and pick a free gift — shipped free of charge within 1–2 business days.
Pay the courier with no extra fees.

The most advanced and customisable HP A4 LaserJet, an advanced copier with workflow solutions to modernise workforce collaboration. Transform your workflows with advanced capabilities in a compact footprint. Customisable configurations from print speeds to colour panels[11] help to meet the needs of busy workgroups. All while protecting your business against evolving security threats.

Dynamic security enabled printer Certain HP printers are intended to work only with cartridges that have a new or reused HP chip or electronic circuitry. These printers use dynamic security measures to block cartridges using a non-HP chip or electronic circuitry. Periodic firmware updates will maintain the effectiveness of these measures and block cartridges that previously worked. Reused HP chips and electronic circuitry enable the use of reused, remanufactured, and refilled cartridges.

Customisable and scalable solutions[1]

Get the functionality you need with unprecedented, flexible configurations built to order. Optimise your device to meet your business needs and your budget.Select the document feeding solution that works best for your team.Choose built-in storage options including HDD and SSD drives to handle data and document stored on the device.

Fast and seamless digitisation

Customise your print experience with cloud-connected HP Workpath apps. Access personalised content and integrate paper and digital workflows.[2]Give your team the tools to succeed with the HP Open Extensibility Platform containing hundreds of HP and third-party solutions, and card reader support. Make colour management simple with HP Custom Color Manager. Match colour output of any document-device combination by simply pulling colour profiles from the cloud. Get high-quality colour profiles without the hassle of expensive colour matching systems.[3]Targeted fusing technology[4] requires less energy and helps to reduce cooling requirements allowing for larger, faster colour print jobs.

Everything you expect from an office printer

Experience fast scanning speeds and ultimate productivity with up to 152 ipm[5] duplex scan technology.Busy work groups can get everything done with fast print speeds of up to 52 ppm[6] setting the pace to handle any workload with reliable quality.Easily enable workflows with a consistent user experience and intuitive, tablet-like icons on the 8-inch colour touchscreen display.Maintain productivity and stay up to date on the latest features across your fleet with upgradeable HP FutureSmart firmware[7]Take control of your printing environment with HP Web Jetadmin[8] to help manage your fleet and build consistent print experiences.

Always on guard with HP Wolf Security

With HP Sure Start always working behind the scenes, the operating code (BIOS) is automatically checked during start-up and repairs itself if compromised.HP Connection Inspector examines network connections. The printer’s outgoing network connections are inspected to stop suspicious requests and thwart malware so you can stay connected and in the clear.Memory ShieldTM and expanded run-time intrusion detection protects memory and other applications. Common Criteria certified[9] to continually monitor memory activity, detect and stop zero-day attacks in real time [known/unknown] and self-heal.Minimise exposure with whitelisting checks, firmware that is automatically checked during start-up to determine if it’s authentic code – digitally signed by HP.

How to use

Place the MFP on a stable surface with sufficient clearance for paper trays and access panels. Connect the device to your network using an Ethernet cable and follow the on‑screen setup to configure print, copy and scan preferences. Load A4 paper into the main tray, install original or approved HP cartridges according to the user guide, and use the control panel to select duplex or single‑sided jobs. For scanning, choose the desired resolution and destination (network folder, email or USB) from the scan menu.

Recommendations

Use genuine or properly recycled HP cartridges with supported HP chips to ensure full functionality and maintain device security. Keep firmware updated as provided by HP to preserve dynamic security features and overall device performance.
