Before you believe a bad review about us

We would like to respond openly to every negative review about us. Many are posted anonymously, so we cannot reach those customers directly. This open letter is our reply, and we would be grateful if you took a moment to read it.

But here is what a one-star review will never tell you:

  • We import from 70+ official distributors. That is why you pay far less than local retail — and why delivery takes longer. We publish the date before you pay, never after.
  • You can pay only when your goods land in Johannesburg. Pay on Arrival, no full payment up front. Ask yourself what scammer offers that.
  • Nobody has ever lost money with us. You get the product, or you get a refund. There is no third option, and there never has been.
  • We are part of the ITwork group — ten years trading in Europe, nine stores, thousands of positive reviews.
  • Johannesburg and Cape Town stores open this year — real shelves, real stock, walk in and buy the same day.

We are not satisfied with our review scores, and we are not going to fix them by hiding anything. We are fixing them by being faster, clearer and easier to reach than any reason to complain.

Read the full letter — photos and video of real shipments, and a straight answer to every accusation.

Problem with an order right now? Write to [email protected], [email protected] or [email protected] — answered the same business day. The letter also lists our group and store owners' contacts.

HP Color LaserJet Enterprise Flow MFP 8801dn is a multifunction colour laser printer designed for office environments that require high-volume A3 printing. It delivers up to 60 ppm on A4, a maximum print resolution of 1200 x 1200 dpi and supports duplex printing. The device integrates colour copying and colour scanning with 600 x 600 dpi optical resolution, and offers wired and wireless connectivity including Ethernet and Wi‑Fi for direct printing and networked workflows. The unit is built for heavy usage with a high monthly duty cycle and substantial internal memory to handle complex print jobs.

Advantages

The printer combines fast monochrome and colour output at up to 60 ppm with a high resolution of 1200 x 1200 dpi to produce sharp text and detailed graphics on sizes up to A3. Integrated duplex printing reduces paper handling for two-sided documents, while built-in scanning and copying functions support routine office tasks without additional equipment. Ethernet and Wi‑Fi connectivity plus direct printing protocols such as Mopria and Apple AirPrint simplify mobile and network printing. Robust internal memory and a powerful processor help maintain consistent throughput for heavy workloads.

Suitable for

  • High-volume office departments producing reports, brochures and technical documents
  • Print centres and in-house reprographic teams requiring A3 colour capability
  • Workflows that combine scanning, copying and networked printing in a single device
  • Environments needing reliable duplex printing and consistent monthly throughput

Key specifications

  • Print technology: Laser colour printing
  • Print speed (A4, black, normal): 60 ppm
  • Maximum print resolution: 1200 x 1200 dpi
  • Copying: Colour copying with up to 600 x 600 dpi maximum copy resolution
  • Scanning: Colour scanning with 600 x 600 dpi optical resolution
  • Maximum paper size: A3
  • Duplex: Automatic two-sided printing
  • Connectivity: Wi‑Fi and Ethernet LAN, USB and direct printing support (Mopria, Apple AirPrint)
  • Internal memory and processor: substantial onboard memory and a high-speed processor for complex jobs
  • Maximum monthly duty cycle: 250,000 pages
  • Weight and colours: approximately 127.6 kg; blue and white housing

How to use

Place the printer on a stable surface with adequate clearance for paper trays and maintenance access. Connect to the local network via Ethernet or configure the Wi‑Fi connection following the on-screen setup. Install the manufacturer drivers or use built-in mobile printing protocols such as Mopria or Apple AirPrint for direct printing from compatible devices. Load paper into the appropriate A3 or A4 trays, select duplex or single-sided printing in the print driver, and choose resolution and colour options as required. Use the integrated scanner and copy functions from the control panel or remote software to create digital archives or reproduce documents.

Recommendations

For sustained performance, use media within the recommended weight and size ranges, keep firmware and drivers updated, and schedule routine maintenance such as cleaning and replacing consumables according to HP guidelines. When handling large print runs, monitor the monthly page volume to align with the device's rated duty cycle and use the internal memory and processor settings to optimize job spooling.
