Before you believe a bad review about us

We would like to respond openly to every negative review about us. Many are posted anonymously, so we cannot reach those customers directly. This open letter is our reply, and we would be grateful if you took a moment to read it.

But here is what a one-star review will never tell you:

  • We import from 70+ official distributors. That is why you pay far less than local retail — and why delivery takes longer. We publish the date before you pay, never after.
  • You can pay only when your goods land in Johannesburg. Pay on Arrival, no full payment up front. Ask yourself what scammer offers that.
  • Nobody has ever lost money with us. You get the product, or you get a refund. There is no third option, and there never has been.
  • We are part of the ITwork group — ten years trading in Europe, nine stores, thousands of positive reviews.
  • Johannesburg and Cape Town stores open this year — real shelves, real stock, walk in and buy the same day.

We are not satisfied with our review scores, and we are not going to fix them by hiding anything. We are fixing them by being faster, clearer and easier to reach than any reason to complain.

Read the full letter — photos and video of real shipments, and a straight answer to every accusation.

Problem with an order right now? Write to [email protected], [email protected] or [email protected] — answered the same business day. The letter also lists our group and store owners' contacts.
Know our brand? Leave an honest review, send us a screenshot, and pick a free gift — shipped free of charge within 1–2 business days.

Television LG QNED AI 65QNED70A6A 65" (164 cm) 4K Ultra HD with QNED technology and a 3840 x 2160 pixel panel provides detailed 4K picture reproduction and wide color coverage. The set includes Direct-LED backlighting, the WebOS smart platform, integrated digital tuners (DVB-C, DVB-S, DVB-S2, DVB-T, DVB-T2) and network connectivity options such as Wi‑Fi and Ethernet LAN. The housing is finished in black and energy classes and measured consumption values are specified for both SDR and HDR operation.

Advantages

The LG QNED AI 65QNED70A6A combines QNED display technology with 4K resolution to provide improved color volume and contrast compared with standard LED panels. Direct-LED backlighting contributes to uniform screen brightness, while the WebOS platform offers access to streaming applications and system updates. Built-in DVB tuners enable reception of cable, satellite and terrestrial digital broadcasts without additional set-top boxes. The TV supports both wired (Ethernet) and wireless (Wi‑Fi) network connections for streaming and firmware updates. Energy classes and consumption values are stated separately for SDR and HDR modes.

Key specifications

How to use

Place the TV on a stable surface or mount it using a compatible wall bracket following the manufacturer’s mounting specifications. Connect an aerial, cable or satellite feed to the appropriate tuner input for live TV reception, or connect an external network via Ethernet. For wireless access, open the WebOS network settings and configure the Wi‑Fi connection. Use the remote control to navigate menus, select input sources and launch streaming applications. Adjust picture modes and basic settings from the on-screen menu to match the viewing environment.

Recommendations

Ensure adequate ventilation and avoid placing the TV in direct sunlight. Keep firmware up to date via WebOS system updates to maintain app compatibility and security. For comfortable viewing with a 65" (164 cm) screen, select an appropriate seating distance for 4K resolution. Use available energy-saving settings if lower power consumption is desired.
