Before you believe a bad review about us

We would like to respond openly to every negative review about us. Many are posted anonymously, so we cannot reach those customers directly. This open letter is our reply, and we would be grateful if you took a moment to read it.

But here is what a one-star review will never tell you:

  • We import from 70+ official distributors. That is why you pay far less than local retail — and why delivery takes longer. We publish the date before you pay, never after.
  • You can pay only when your goods land in Johannesburg. Pay on Arrival, no full payment up front. Ask yourself what scammer offers that.
  • Nobody has ever lost money with us. You get the product, or you get a refund. There is no third option, and there never has been.
  • We are part of the ITwork group — ten years trading in Europe, nine stores, thousands of positive reviews.
  • Johannesburg and Cape Town stores open this year — real shelves, real stock, walk in and buy the same day.

We are not satisfied with our review scores, and we are not going to fix them by hiding anything. We are fixing them by being faster, clearer and easier to reach than any reason to complain.

Read the full letter — photos and video of real shipments, and a straight answer to every accusation.

Problem with an order right now? Write to [email protected], [email protected] or [email protected] — answered the same business day. The letter also lists our group and store owners' contacts.

The LG NanoCell 43NANO82T6B is a 43-inch Smart TV with 4K Ultra HD resolution (3840 x 2160) and NanoCell display technology that reproduces a wide color gamut and maintains image clarity across different viewing angles. The panel uses Direct-LED backlighting to provide uniform brightness and contrast. The TV runs Web OS for smart features, supports multiple digital broadcast standards (DVB-C, DVB-S, DVB-S2, DVB-T, DVB-T2), and offers both Wi‑Fi and Ethernet LAN connectivity for streaming and network access. The housing is finished in brown to suit interior schemes that favor warmer tones.

Advantages

NanoCell technology enhances color accuracy by filtering and refining RGB tones, resulting in vivid but natural-looking images at 4K resolution. Direct-LED backlighting helps maintain consistent screen illumination and reduces visible banding. Web OS provides an intuitive interface for app access and media playback, while built-in network connectivity enables direct streaming without additional devices. The support for several digital broadcast formats ensures compatibility with common cable, satellite and terrestrial services.

Key specifications

How to use

Place the TV on a stable surface or mount it on a compatible wall bracket following the screen size and weight guidelines. Connect the power cable and select the desired input source using the remote control or on‑screen menu. Use the network settings to connect the TV to a Wi‑Fi network or a wired Ethernet connection for streaming apps and firmware updates. Access broadcast channels by running the channel auto‑scan for DVB-C/S/T sources, and install streaming apps through the Web OS app store for access to on‑demand services.

Recommendations

For best picture performance, position the TV at eye level and avoid direct sunlight on the screen. Use the picture mode and calibration options in the settings to match viewing content (Cinema, Sports, Game, etc.). Regularly update the Web OS firmware to ensure app compatibility and security. If wall mounting, follow the manufacturer’s clearance and ventilation advice to prevent overheating.
