Induction hob Bosch Serie 4 PVS811B16E, 80 cm, 4-zone touch control, frameless, black

The Bosch Serie 4 PVS811B16E is an 80 cm built-in induction hob with an integrated ventilation module that combines an induction cooktop and extractor in one unit. The extraction unit is built into the cooktop surface to remove steam and cooking odours at source, allowing installation without a separate overhead hood and providing more usable overhead space. The hob features four cooking zones, front TouchSelect controls and an LED display, with a connected load of 7400 W and energy efficiency class range A+++ to D.

Advantages

The integrated extractor captures steam and odours directly at the cooking surface, improving air quality and enabling open overhead space. TouchSelect control lets you select and adjust cooking zones and power levels quickly. CombiZone combines two zones into one larger zone for long cookware. PowerBoost provides a short-term power increase for faster heating, accelerating boiling by up to about 35% compared with the highest standard power level. QuickStart detects the position of the pan and activates the corresponding cooking zone automatically. Restart stores recent settings and restores them if the hob is switched on again within four seconds.

Suitable for

• Home kitchens requiring a built-in 80 cm induction hob with integrated extraction
• Cooking with multiple pans or with long cookware using CombiZone
• Users who prefer front touch controls and a clear overhead space
