Before you believe a bad review about us

We would like to respond openly to every negative review about us. Many are posted anonymously, so we cannot reach those customers directly. This open letter is our reply, and we would be grateful if you took a moment to read it.

But here is what a one-star review will never tell you:

  • We import from 70+ official distributors. That is why you pay far less than local retail — and why delivery takes longer. We publish the date before you pay, never after.
  • You can pay only when your goods land in Johannesburg. Pay on Arrival, no full payment up front. Ask yourself what scammer offers that.
  • Nobody has ever lost money with us. You get the product, or you get a refund. There is no third option, and there never has been.
  • We are part of the ITwork group — ten years trading in Europe, nine stores, thousands of positive reviews.
  • Johannesburg and Cape Town stores open this year — real shelves, real stock, walk in and buy the same day.

We are not satisfied with our review scores, and we are not going to fix them by hiding anything. We are fixing them by being faster, clearer and easier to reach than any reason to complain.

Read the full letter — photos and video of real shipments, and a straight answer to every accusation.

Problem with an order right now? Write to [email protected], [email protected] or [email protected] — answered the same business day. The letter also lists our group and store owners' contacts.
Know our brand? Leave an honest review, send us a screenshot, and pick a free gift — shipped free of charge within 1–2 business days.
Pay the courier with no extra fees.

This HP LaserJet MFP with JetIntelligence combines exceptional performance and energy efficiency with professional-quality documents right when you need them – all while protecting your network from attacks with the industry’s deepest security.[1]

Dynamic security enabled printer Certain HP printers are intended to work only with cartridges that have a new or reused HP chip or electronic circuitry. These printers use dynamic security measures to block cartridges using a non-HP chip or electronic circuitry. Periodic firmware updates will maintain the effectiveness of these measures and block cartridges that previously worked. Reused HP chips and electronic circuitry enable the use of reused, remanufactured, and refilled cartridges.

The world’s most secure printing[1]

With HP Sure Start, operating code is automatically checked at startup and repairs itself if compromised.Run-time intrusion detection continually monitors to detect and stop attacks, then automatically reboots.Centralise control of your printing environment with HP Web Jetadmin – and help build business efficiency.[2]Give workgroups what they need to succeed. Easily choose and deploy hundreds of HP and third-party solutions.

High-speed performance meets energy efficiency

Speed through tasks and save paper. Print two-sided documents nearly as fast as single-sided.This MFP wakes up fast and prints your first page faster – in as quickly as 8.1 seconds.[3]This MFP uses low amounts of energy thanks to its innovative design and toner technology.Paper handling options include a wheeled stand and 550 sheet input feeder for paper sizes 10 x 15 cm ( 4 x 6 inch ) to legal.

Performance and protection you can count on

Produce sharp text, bold blacks, and crisp graphics with precision black toner.Help retain the Original HP quality you paid for with anti-fraud and cartridge authentication technology.Spend less time replacing toner, and more on business. Choose high-yield toner cartridges.[4]
