Before you believe a bad review about us

We would like to respond openly to every negative review about us. Many are posted anonymously, so we cannot reach those customers directly. This open letter is our reply, and we would be grateful if you took a moment to read it.

But here is what a one-star review will never tell you:

  • We import from 70+ official distributors. That is why you pay far less than local retail — and why delivery takes longer. We publish the date before you pay, never after.
  • You can pay only when your goods land in Johannesburg. Pay on Arrival, no full payment up front. Ask yourself what scammer offers that.
  • Nobody has ever lost money with us. You get the product, or you get a refund. There is no third option, and there never has been.
  • We are part of the ITwork group — ten years trading in Europe, nine stores, thousands of positive reviews.
  • Johannesburg and Cape Town stores open this year — real shelves, real stock, walk in and buy the same day.

We are not satisfied with our review scores, and we are not going to fix them by hiding anything. We are fixing them by being faster, clearer and easier to reach than any reason to complain.

Read the full letter — photos and video of real shipments, and a straight answer to every accusation.

Problem with an order right now? Write to [email protected], [email protected] or [email protected] — answered the same business day. The letter also lists our group and store owners' contacts.
Know our brand? Leave an honest review, send us a screenshot, and pick a free gift — shipped free of charge within 1–2 business days.
Pay the courier with no extra fees.

The HP ENVY 6122e Multifunction Printer combines thermal inkjet colour printing, scanning and copying in a compact white all-in-one device. It supports a maximum print resolution of 4800 x 1200 dpi and optical scanning at 1200 x 1200 dpi, offers duplex printing and Wi‑Fi connectivity, and is designed for home or small office use with a monthly duty cycle up to 1000 pages. This HP+ enabled model can activate additional benefits when registered at setup and requires an HP account, continuous internet connection and exclusive use of Original HP Ink cartridges for the life of the printer.

Advantages

The printer provides high-resolution colour output and borderless photo capability using thermal inkjet technology, together with integrated colour scanning and copying. Key specifications

How to use

Install the printer following the Quick Start instructions: unpack, connect to power and complete device setup using the HP Smart app or the built-in control panel. Choose HP+ during setup to enable HP+ benefits and follow prompts to sign in with an HP account and connect to the internet. Load plain A4 or photo paper into the input tray, select paper type and quality in the print settings, and send print jobs from a computer or mobile device over Wi‑Fi. Use the scanner glass or automatic document feeder (if present) for copying and scanning, and select desired resolution in the scan settings.

Recommendations

To maintain print quality and device reliability, use Original HP Ink cartridges and keep the printer firmware updated. Choose HP+ at setup only if you can maintain an active HP account and continuous internet connection for the life of the printer.
