How to use

Fill the integrated ink tanks following the manufacturer’s instructions and run the initial setup routine on the printer display or via the Epson Smart Panel app. Install drivers on a connected PC or enable Wi‑Fi and pair mobile devices using Apple AirPrint, Mopria or Epson Connect for direct printing. Load A4 paper into the tray and select duplex printing if two‑sided output is required. Use the scanner glass or the device’s scan function in the app to create digital copies at chosen optical resolution settings.

Recommendations

For long-term reliability, use genuine refill inks recommended by the manufacturer, keep the printer firmware up to date and perform occasional nozzle checks and printhead cleaning. When scanning photos, choose the higher optical resolution setting to preserve detail; for everyday text documents, use standard quality to save ink and increase speed.
