Before you believe a bad review about us

We would like to respond openly to every negative review about us. Many are posted anonymously, so we cannot reach those customers directly. This open letter is our reply, and we would be grateful if you took a moment to read it.

But here is what a one-star review will never tell you:

  • We import from 70+ official distributors. That is why you pay far less than local retail — and why delivery takes longer. We publish the date before you pay, never after.
  • You can pay only when your goods land in Johannesburg. Pay on Arrival, no full payment up front. Ask yourself what scammer offers that.
  • Nobody has ever lost money with us. You get the product, or you get a refund. There is no third option, and there never has been.
  • We are part of the ITwork group — ten years trading in Europe, nine stores, thousands of positive reviews.
  • Johannesburg and Cape Town stores open this year — real shelves, real stock, walk in and buy the same day.

We are not satisfied with our review scores, and we are not going to fix them by hiding anything. We are fixing them by being faster, clearer and easier to reach than any reason to complain.

Read the full letter — photos and video of real shipments, and a straight answer to every accusation.

Problem with an order right now? Write to [email protected], [email protected] or [email protected] — answered the same business day. The letter also lists our group and store owners' contacts.

The Epson ET-15000 is a compact EcoTank multifunction printer that supports A4 print, scan, copy and fax, and can produce A3+ prints via the rear media feed. It features a 250-sheet front paper tray, a 35-sheet A4 automatic document feeder (ADF) and an LCD screen for standalone operation, offering economical printing with refillable ink tanks instead of cartridges.

Advantages

The ET-15000 reduces running costs through large refillable ink tanks that lower ink expenses by up to around 90% compared with cartridge-based printers. It combines a small footprint with the ability to print A3+, fast print and scan speeds, duplex printing and reliable PrecisionCore printhead technology. Front-facing tanks and colour-coded refill bottles simplify refilling and the front ink level display makes monitoring consumables straightforward.

Key specifications

  • Functions: Print, scan, copy, fax
  • Maximum media size: A3+ via rear feed
  • Standard paper capacity: 250-sheet front tray
  • Automatic document feeder: 35-sheet A4 ADF
  • Print speed: up to 17 ppm (black)
  • Connectivity: Wi‑Fi, Wi‑Fi Direct, mobile printing via Epson iPrint
  • Printhead: Heat-free PrecisionCore
  • Ink system: Refillable EcoTank tanks (no cartridges)
  • Control: Built-in LCD screen for PC-free operation

How to use

Load paper into the 250-sheet front tray for standard A4 printing or use the rear media feed to print A3+ sheets. Use the 35-sheet ADF for multi-page scanning or copying. Connect the printer to a network via Wi‑Fi or Wi‑Fi Direct to print from smartphones, tablets or laptops using the Epson iPrint app, or operate directly using the LCD control panel. Monitor ink levels on the front display and refill tanks with the colour-coded bottles when required.

Recommendations

Use standard A4 paper in the front tray for everyday printing and reserve the rear media feed for single A3+/special media sheets. Refill ink tanks with the manufacturer-specified EcoTank bottles and keep the ADF clear of staples and folded pages to maintain reliable operation.
