Use the touch display to select a preset program or set temperature and time manually within the 35–240 °C and 1–60 minute ranges. Load ingredients into one or both baskets according to capacity limits and avoid overfilling to ensure proper air circulation. For best results with meats, use the higher temperature range and allow short resting time after cooking. Clean removable baskets after cooling to maintain the titano-ceramic coating integrity; the outer housing can be wiped with a damp cloth.

Recommendations
