How to use

Insert the stainless steel probe into the thickest part of the meat so the tip sits near the centre but away from bone. Route the probe cable out of the oven or grill and place the display unit on a stable surface using the stand or attach it to a metal surface with the magnet. Switch on the device, set the desired target temperature and monitor the core temperature on the coloured display during cooking. When the thermometer reaches the preset temperature the alarm will sound.
