Each Calliope mini 3.0 board is built around a Nordic nRF51822 ARM Cortex-M0 processor running at 16 MHz, with 256 KB flash and 16 KB RAM. Students can program using MakeCode, Open Roberta Lab, MicroPython, or C++. The boards feature two programmable buttons, a reset button, multiple GPIO pins, I2C, SPI, UART, and two Grove connectors. Power is supplied via USB Micro-B or a 3V battery pack connector. The included humidity and ultrasonic sensors enable projects in environmental monitoring and distance measurement. Suitable for ages 8 and up.
