How to use

Install the hob into a suitable 850 × 490 × 45 mm cut-out following the manufacturer’s installation instructions and local gas regulations. Connect the gas and electrical supply only by a qualified technician. Use the front rotary control to select one of nine FlameSelect levels for the required heat; press or operate the control as instructed for one-hand electronic ignition. Place cookware on the semi-continuous pan supports and adjust the dual-flame burner between high power for rapid heating and low power for simmering as needed. If a flame goes out, the flame-failure cut-off will close the gas supply automatically.

Recommendations

For best performance, use cookware with flat, stable bases sized appropriately for each cooking zone. Remove the dials before cleaning and place the pan supports in the dishwasher according to the dishwasher manufacturer’s instructions. Have gas connections and conversions (for biomethane or different gas types) performed by an authorised technician and follow local safety regulations.
