The Bosch ACZ 100 SWB blade is a 100 mm diameter serrated segment saw blade for multi-tools, designed for fast cutting in rigid soft materials. Its serrated edge and pointed segments allow the blade to bite into material for quicker material removal than a smooth edge, making it suitable for flush cuts in protruding insulation, trimming insulation panels and cardboard, and cutting soft floor coverings and putty-based materials. The blade is compatible with Starlock, Starlock Plus and Starlock Max systems as well as common multi-tools that accept the same fitting.

How to use

Mount the blade using the Starlock Snap-In system or the compatible multi-tool fitting until it locks securely. Operate the multi-tool at an appropriate speed for the material being cut and use steady, controlled movements—allow the blade teeth to engage the material rather than forcing the blade. For flush cuts, position the blade so the pointed segments reach the protruding material and work evenly across the surface to avoid catching. After use, remove the blade by releasing the Snap-In mechanism following your tool manufacturer’s instructions.

Use suitable personal protective equipment (eye and hand protection) and select an appropriate speed setting for the material.
