How to use

Install the battery backup unit into the designated slot or connector on the supported Fujitsu RAID controller following the controller and server installation instructions. If used, fit the TFM module as specified and ensure ServerView RAID Manager recognizes both FBU and TFM. Configure the RAID controller so that in the event of power loss the cache contents are written to the TFM non-volatile memory. Regularly verify charge status and firmware compatibility through ServerView tools and perform maintenance or replacement according to the manufacturer’s service guidelines.
