How to use

Select the required amount of weight by adding or removing cast iron plates from the dumbbell handle, then secure the plates with the supplied collars or nuts before starting the exercise. Use controlled movements and standard dumbbell techniques for curls, presses, rows, lunges and other strength exercises. Gradually increase the load as strength improves, ensuring correct form and a stable grip on the handle at all times.

Recommendations

Inspect plates and fastening collars regularly for wear or looseness; always fasten plates securely before use. Combine the Rebel RBA-2303 with a simple training plan that includes warm-up, progressive loading and recovery to reduce injury risk and maximise training efficiency.
